Monear Shaer is a Palestinian-American filmmaker, impact organizer, and director dedicated to telling stories that challenge mainstream narratives with the purpose to reclaim the humanity of communities too often reduced to headlines and statistics.

As a Palestinian-American filmmaker, Monear brings a unique perspective to his work, drawing from his own lived experiences and family memories to tell stories that have been continually overlooked by mainstream media.
