Your Voice Is Powerful. It’s Time to Use It.
Future Voices King County is a free 12-week program for young people who have a story to tell — and are ready to tell it.
If you’re proud of where you come from and want to make your mark, this is for you.
Who Is This For?
You’re a fit if you:
· Come from an immigrant, refugee, or multicultural family and want to share your culture
· Have a story that deserves to be heard
· Want to speak up — at school, in your community, on a stage
· Are ready to grow into a leader
You don’t need experience. You just need the drive.
What You’ll Do
Speak Up Learn to own any room — job interviews, college applications, school leadership, performing, everyday life. Your voice is your most powerful tool. We’ll help you use it.
Preserve Your Roots Sit down with your elders, ask the questions that matter, and record stories the world needs to hear. With their permission, your interviews become episodes of the Future Voices Podcast Series.
Start Something Launch your own cultural club or workshop at your school — celebrating your food, music, language, art, traditions, and history. You become the one who says: this culture matters.
